Chapter President

Eric Fry

Eric Fry is the President and Owner of Sandler Training Maritimes. Previously he worked for organizations including Xerox, Staples and ABM Integrated Solutions in various Sales and Leadership roles throughout his career.


A native of Sydney, NS, Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University and has completed various executive development programs involving Six Sigma quality management, problem-solving, change management, high-performance work teams, and IT applications.


In addition to EO Atlantic, he has also held board roles for the United Way, Junior Achievement, and Fall River Basketball.


Eric, a stand-up paddleboard enthusiast, lives in Fall River with his wife Dawn and 3 children, Evan, Colin and Lauren.
