Len Preeper

Len Preeper is an entrepreneur, strategist, and community builder who believes great businesses are powered by great questions. As President of the Atlantic Canadian Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Len brings more than two decades of founder experience to a global community of leaders—helping entrepreneurs across the region connect, scale, and thrive through shared learning, accountability, and bold ideas.

Since launching his firm Thinkwell Research in 2003, Len has turned curiosity and insight into a business that helps CEOs, executives, and organizations make better, faster, and more confident decisions. Today, as Partner at Thinkwell Research + Strategy, Len and his colleagues apply a research mindset to organizational strategy and design to help clients unlock clarity and growth.

Len’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond research. He is also Owner and Partner of Thinkwell Shift, a behavior change and resource conservation company that helps individuals and organizations adopt lasting, sustainable practices around energy, water, and waste. Thinkwell Shift is another expression of Len’s mission: to use insight and engagement as levers for meaningful change.

As EO Atlantic Canada’s President, Len champions the mindset that entrepreneurship is more than revenue—it is resilience, curiosity, and the courage to transform visions into impact. He is committed to building a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem across Atlantic Canada, one that fosters peer-to-peer learning, mentorship, and global connection.
