Chapter President

Shawn Freeman

In 2011, Shawn Freeman embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by founding his Managed Service Provider (MSP). Over nine years, he nurtured the business, overcoming challenges like launching with minimal capital, client acquisition, team building, and on-the-job leadership development. In 2020, Shawn’s dedication bore fruit when his MSP was acquired for a significant seven-figure sum.

Drawing from his experience, Shawn selflessly shares the lessons learned to guide fellow tech founders through the trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship. He advocates for a purpose-led leadership approach and emphasizes the importance of community building, values that were pivotal to his own success.

Shawn Freeman will be serving as the EO Calgary Chapter President, bringing his wealth of experience and passion for mentoring. His focus extends beyond personal success, dedicating time to empower other tech founders, cultivate strong teams, and inspire greatness within the entrepreneurial community.
