Seth J.D. Fruson is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Kandor Management Corporation, the parent company of Guardteck Security, Everclean Facility Services, and GTeck Advanced Technology. He founded Guardteck Security in 2005 from his family home in Abbotsford, British Columbia, with a vision to transform security from a transactional service into a people-first profession built on culture, accountability, and excellence.

Under Seth’s leadership, Kandor has grown into a national, integrated service group providing security, janitorial, and security technology solutions for some of Canada’s largest and most complex properties. Guardteck has become a premier security partner for property managers and event organizers, Everclean has built a reputation as a leader in sustainable janitorial and facility services, and GTeck delivers advanced electronic security and technology integration across commercial, retail, industrial, and institutional sites.

Seth is recognized for his emphasis on staff development and retention, creating opportunities for frontline employees and leaders alike to advance their careers. His philosophy is simple: “We build people, we build teams — and that’s how we achieve excellence.”

Beyond business, Seth has been named to Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 Under 40, and is an active member of both the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), where he currently serves as President of the Vancouver Chapter, and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where he serves on the Board.
